HFO & Low-GWP Refrigerants
9 refrigerants in this category. Hydrofluoroolefins (HFOs) break down in the atmosphere in days rather than years, so their GWP is close to zero. On their own (R-1234yf, R-1234ze(E), R-1233zd(E)) they replace R-134a and R-123. Blended with HFCs (R-454B, R-454C, R-448A, R-449A, R-452A, R-513A) they replace R-410A and R-404A at GWPs the AIM Act allows. Several are A2L (mildly flammable), and most blends have temperature glide, so their charts list both bubble and dew pressures.
